Healing is about more than fixing a symptom—it's about restoring balance to the entire body so you can live fully, with energy and ease.

Dr. Emily Bobson graduated from Life Chiropractic School in Marietta, Georgia in 2006, after seven years of comprehensive education. Inspired by her grandmother’s healing touch, she returned to New York and established her practice in the Hudson Valley. Driven by her belief that true healing begins with empathy and understanding each patient’s needs, she is committed to delivering chiropractic care that aligns the body and promotes holistic well-being in her community. For Emily, her work is more than just a profession—it’s a calling passed down through generations of women with the gift of healing hands.

As a mother of three, Emily knows firsthand the demands of family life and how crucial it is to keep the body functioning at its best. She encourages regular chiropractic care for all ages to maintain a clear, balanced nervous system. “When children are aligned early in life, they have the best chance to grow and thrive,” she says. Her own experience as a parent deeply informs her patient care, creating an environment where people of all ages feel understood and supported. “I believe a balanced nervous system is the foundation for health. It’s not just about treating pain—it’s about helping people live with more ease and energy.” She has a child friendly office and parents are encouraged to bring and have their children.

Dr. Emily’s patient-centered approach is reflected in the plethora of techniques in which she has been trained including Diversified, SOT, Activator, Thompson, Webster, Toggle Recoil, Gonstead, Network Spinal Analysis, Cox Flexion Distraction, Kinesiology, Muscle Testing, and Sports Medicine. She also stays up-to-date with emerging techniques and continues her education in order to best care for her patients.

In addition to her practice, Dr. Emily is deeply committed to community health. She believes ‘health care is a right, not a privilege.’ Therefore, she facilitated the opening of an alternative health clinic in Kingston, NY and volunteered her time to educate and inform the public about the availability of diverse and non-invasive healing options. She also volunteers with Health Care is a Human Right monthly which provides holistic care through their community clinics to ensure access for all, regardless of ability to pay.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful chiropractic care can be for children. A clear nervous system gives kids the best chance to grow, thrive, and live their healthiest lives.
